Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the Janitorial Staff positions at Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Layyah:

• Domicile: Must be a resident and domicile holder of the concerned district (Layyah).
• Physical Fitness: Candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in hospital cleaning and sanitation.
• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years.

Important Instructions

• Appointments will be made purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council and will not confer any right to permanent appointment or employment. These positions are not against any sanctioned posts.
• Recruitment will be done strictly on merit, according to the prevailing policies and guidelines of the Government of Punjab.
• Applications received after the due date or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to cancel the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be posted in relevant hospitals/institutions as per requirement and will be required to perform assigned duties.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• Selected candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• If any information or document provided by the candidate is found to be false or fake at any stage, the application or appointment will be cancelled.
• Salary/remuneration will be paid through cross-check or bank account as per the government’s prescribed rate and approved method.
• Selected staff will be bound to perform duties related to hospital cleanliness and other tasks assigned by the administration as per requirement.
• Selected candidates must register their daily attendance on the hospital’s biometric system.
• Salary payment will be linked solely to the biometric system. Absence without biometric attendance will be considered unauthorized, and continuous absence for two days will result in termination of employment.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee may be terminated without prior notice.
