Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Janitorial Staff positions must meet the following criteria:

• Residency: Must be a resident and domicile holder of Tehsil Khanpur.
• Physical Fitness: The candidate must be medically and physically fit.
• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hospital cleaning.
• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years.
• Standards: Must meet the prescribed standards for the role.

Important Instructions

• The recruitment will be for a temporary period of 89 days. This is not a permanent appointment, and no right to permanent employment will be created.
• Appointments will be made strictly on merit, following the recruitment policy and guidelines of the Government of Punjab.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be posted at the relevant hospital/institution as per requirement and will be bound to perform duties assigned by the administration.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• If any information or document provided at any stage is found to be false or fake, the candidate’s application or appointment will be cancelled.
• Salary/remuneration will be paid according to the government’s prescribed rates and approved payment method (cheque or bank account).
• Selected staff will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness at the hospital and performing related duties as assigned by the administration.
• Selected candidates must register on the hospital’s biometric system and ensure daily attendance. Absence for two consecutive days without biometric attendance will result in termination from service.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee may be terminated without prior notice.
