Important Instructions

• The authorized selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be appointed to the relevant hospital/institution as per the requirement and will be required to perform assigned duties.
• Selected candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• If any information or document provided at any stage is found to be incorrect or fake, the candidate’s application/appointment will be cancelled.
• Wages/remuneration will be paid according to the government’s prescribed rates and approved payment method, via cheque or bank account.
• Selected staff will be bound to maintain hospital cleanliness and perform duties assigned by the administration as per requirements.
• Selected candidates are required to register on the hospital’s biometric system and mark their attendance daily. Salary payment will be linked solely to the biometric system. Absence without biometric attendance will be considered unauthorized.
• In case of continuous absence for two days without biometric attendance, the selected candidate will be dismissed from service.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be dismissed from service without any prior notice.
