The Office of the Medical Superintendent, Tehsil  Headquarter Hospital Chowk Azam, is inviting applications from eligible candidates for Janitorial Staff positions. These roles are based in Chowk Azam, District Layyah, and are open to residents of the district. The recruitment is for a total of 23 vacancies, offering a temporary contract for 89 days. Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Janitorial Staff positions must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a resident and domicile holder of District Layyah.
• Should be medically and physically fit for the job.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in cleaning work within a hospital environment.
• The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years.

Important Instructions

• The appointment is purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council and will not grant any right to permanent employment.
• This recruitment is not against any Sanctioned Post.
• Recruitment will be done strictly on merit, following the prevailing policies and guidelines of the Government of Punjab.
• The competent selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be posted to the relevant hospital as per requirement and will be required to perform duties as assigned.
• No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for appearing in the interview or selection process.
• If any information or document provided by the candidate is found to be false or fake at any stage, the application or appointment will be cancelled.
• Salaries will be paid only through bank checks or bank accounts, as per the government’s prescribed rate and approved payment method.
• Selected staff will be required to register their daily attendance through the hospital’s biometric system.
• Salary payment is linked to the biometric system. Continuous absence for two days without biometric registration will result in termination of employment.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the employee may be terminated from service without prior notice.
