The Inspectorate General Sindh Prisons & Corrections Service is looking to fill the following positions:

Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the specific educational and physical criteria for each post. For both positions, an Intermediate qualification with at least a ‘C’ Grade from a recognized board is required. Physical standards include a minimum height of 5 feet 5 inches and a chest measurement of 33-inch (unexpanded) to 34.5-inch (expanded) for Head Wireless Operator, and 33-inch (unexpanded) to 34.5-inch (expanded) for Prison Head Constable Driver. The latter also requires a valid LTV driving license with at least three years of experience.

Important Instructions

• The actual verification of original certificates will be conducted for candidates called for an interview. Any incorrect or false declaration will lead to automatic disqualification.
• Candidates already in Government Service who meet the eligibility criteria can apply through proper channels.
• Incomplete applications or those received after the expiry of the last date will not be entertained.
• Only candidates who qualify in the physical test will be called for a written test by PTS. Test venue and date will be communicated separately.
• Date, time, and venue for all tests will be intimated later via SMS and call letters on the PTS website.
• No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
• Minority Quota will be observed as per the policy of the Government of Sindh.
• No relaxation in the upper age limit is allowed.
• The Sindh Prisons & Corrections Service reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
• Selected candidates will undergo training and may be posted anywhere in Sindh.
• The final selection is subject to a medical fitness certificate from an authorized Government hospital.
• Candidates with criminal records, fake documents, or physical disabilities will be disqualified.
