Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is hiring for the post of Assistant Director - Listed and Unlisted Companies Supervision Department (Supervision Division) (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Assistant Director in the Listed and Unlisted Companies Supervision Department will be involved in regulatory oversight and compliance activities for companies under SECP's purview, on a 3-year contractual basis.
- Assist in corporate regulation and compliance monitoring.
- Review financial reporting and corporate governance practices.
- Conduct audits and assessments related to capital markets.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.
Requirements for Assistant Director - Listed and Unlisted Companies Supervision Department (Supervision Division)
Applicants for Assistant Director in the Supervision Department must hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related fields, or be a CA/ACCA/CMA, with at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution; OR CA/ACCA/CMA.
- Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate regulation, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, corporate governance, audit, accounting, capital markets, or related areas. For Qualified Chartered Accountants, the articleship period will be considered part of the requisite experience.
