About Assistant Director - Licensing Division
Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is hiring for the post of Assistant Director - Licensing Division (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Assistant Director in the Licensing Division will be responsible for processes related to licensing and regulatory compliance within various financial sectors under SECP's jurisdiction, on a 3-year contractual basis.
- Process and review licensing applications for financial entities.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and policies.
- Handle corporate/legal affairs related to licensing.
- Provide support in regulatory compliance and enforcement.
Requirements for Assistant Director - Licensing Division
Applicants for Assistant Director in the Licensing Division must hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Law, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields, or be a CA/ACCA/CMA, with at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Law, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institution; OR CA/ACCA/CMA.
- Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in regulatory bodies, financial institutions, capital market, insurance, NBFCs, corporate/legal affairs, regulatory compliance, licensing, or related areas. For Qualified Chartered Accountants, the articleship period will be considered part of the requisite experience.
