About Personnel Assistant

Requirements for Personnel Assistant
Applicants for Personnel Assistant must have a relevant degree and experience in HR, ideally within a healthcare setting.
- Education: BBA (Hons)/MBA (16 years education) with specialization in HRM/HRD or equivalent relevant qualification from an HEC recognized University/institution.
- Experience: At least 01 year's relevant experience in an HR department, preferably in the healthcare industry, or a reputed public or private organization. Experience in an HR department in Tertiary care/Teaching hospitals will be preferred.
