About Human Resource Officer

Requirements for Human Resource Officer
Applicants for Human Resource Officer must hold a relevant degree and possess significant experience in HR, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Education: BBA (Hons)/MBA (16 years education) with specialization in HRM/HRD or equivalent relevant qualification from an HEC recognized University/institution.
- Experience: At least 03 years' relevant experience in an HR department, preferably in the healthcare industry, or a reputed public or private organization. Experience in an HR department in Tertiary care/Teaching hospitals will be preferred.
