About Manager (Policy & Research Analysis)
Punjab Performance Management Unit is hiring for the post of Manager (Policy & Research Analysis) (1 post) in Lahore.
The Manager (Policy & Research Analysis) will be responsible for leading policy formulation and research initiatives within the unit. This is a contract-based position.
- Conduct in-depth policy research and analysis.
- Contribute to the development of strategic policies and frameworks.
- Manage research projects from inception to completion.
- Provide expert advice on data-driven policy decisions.
Requirements for Manager (Policy & Research Analysis)
Applicants for Manager (Policy & Research Analysis) must have a 16-year education in relevant fields and significant post-qualification experience in project management and data analysis.
- Education: 16 years of education (Master/BS equivalent) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, Data Analysis, Information Technology or relevant Fields from an HEC-recognized Local or Foreign University.
- Experience: 08 years of post-qualification experience in Project Management, Project Development, Data Analysis or a relevant field. Public Sector experience is preferred.
- Domicile: Punjab
