Punjab Performance Management Unit is hiring for the post of General Manager (Monitoring, Policy & Research Analysis) (1 post) in Lahore.
The General Manager (Monitoring, Policy & Research Analysis) will be responsible for overseeing monitoring, policy development, and research analysis activities within the Punjab Performance Management Unit. This is a contract-based position.
- Lead and manage monitoring and evaluation frameworks for projects.
- Develop and analyze public policies related to the unit's objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive research and provide analytical insights.
- Oversee data analysis and reporting for various initiatives.
Requirements for General Manager (Monitoring, Policy & Research Analysis)
Applicants for General Manager (Monitoring, Policy & Research Analysis) must possess a 16-year education in relevant fields and significant post-qualification experience.
- Education: 16 years of education (Master/BS equivalent) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, Public Policy, Software Development, Data Analysis, Information Technology or relevant fields from an HEC-recognized Local or Foreign University.
- Experience: 10 years of post-qualification experience in Project Management, Project Development, Data Analysis, or a relevant field. Public Sector experience is preferred.
