Eligibility and Qualifications

1. Head of Claims MSPS-8

Applicants for Head of Claims must possess strong qualifications and relevant experience in the insurance or reinsurance sector.

• Education & Experience (Option A): Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) with at least six (06) years of experience in general insurance, reinsurance companies, Takaful operators, or insurance/reinsurance brokers. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dealing with reinsurance and/or retakaful placements and/or underwriting and/or claims.
• Education & Experience (Option B): Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Commerce, Economics, or Finance from an HEC-recognized university, OR Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), OR Diploma (CII), with at least eight (08) years of experience in general insurance, reinsurance companies, Takaful operators, or insurance/reinsurance brokers. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dealing with reinsurance and/or retakaful placements and/or underwriting and/or claims.
• Age Limit: Not more than 50 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

2. Head of Retrocession MSPS-7

Candidates for Head of Retrocession are required to have a solid background in insurance and reinsurance, specifically in retrocession operations.

• Education & Experience (Option A): Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) with at least six (06) years of experience in general insurance, reinsurance companies, Takaful operators, or insurance/reinsurance brokers. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dealing with reinsurance and/or retakaful placements and/or underwriting and/or claims.
• Education & Experience (Option B): Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Commerce, Economics, or Finance from an HEC-recognized university, OR Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), OR Diploma (CII), with at least eight (08) years of experience in general insurance, reinsurance companies, Takaful operators, or insurance/reinsurance brokers. 3. Head of Risk Management MSPS-6

For the Head of Risk Management position, applicants must demonstrate expertise in risk assessment and management within the insurance sector.

• Education & Experience (Option A): Advanced diploma in insurance (ACII) with at least six (06) years of experience in a general insurance company or Takaful operator, including at least three (03) years in the Risk Management Department.
• Education & Experience (Option B): Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Insurance and Risk Management, Commerce, or Finance from an HEC-recognized university, OR Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), OR Diploma (CII), with at least eight (08) years of experience in general insurance companies and/or Takaful operators, including at least four (04) years in the Risk Management Department.
• Age Limit: Not more than 50 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.
