Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited is hiring for the post of Head of Retrocession MSPS-7 (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Head of Retrocession (MSPS-7) at Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited is responsible for managing the company's retrocession arrangements, optimizing risk transfer strategies, and ensuring compliance with international reinsurance practices.
Requirements for Head of Retrocession MSPS-7
Candidates for Head of Retrocession are required to have a solid background in insurance and reinsurance, specifically in retrocession operations.
- Education & Experience (Option A): Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) with at least six (06) years of experience in general insurance, reinsurance companies, Takaful operators, or insurance/reinsurance brokers. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dealing with reinsurance and/or retakaful placements and/or underwriting and/or claims.
- Education & Experience (Option B): Master's or Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Commerce, Economics, or Finance from an HEC-recognized university, OR Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), OR Diploma (CII), with at least eight (08) years of experience in general insurance, reinsurance companies, Takaful operators, or insurance/reinsurance brokers. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dealing with reinsurance and/or retakaful placements and/or underwriting and/or claims.
