About Legal Adviser
National Police Foundation NPF is hiring for the post of Legal Adviser (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Legal Adviser will provide expert legal counsel and support to the National Police Foundation, focusing on various legal aspects including contracts, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide legal advisory services on corporate matters, contracts, and agreements.
- Handle civil & criminal litigations and regulatory/commercial matters.
- Advise on public-sector procurement and legislative/regulatory matters.
Requirements for Legal Adviser
Applicants for Legal Adviser must hold an LL.B degree with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice.
- Education: LL.B from HEC-recognized university with enrollment as an Advocate High Court/Supreme Court. LL.M shall be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in legal practice, preferably in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies, public sector or reputable law firms.
- Skills: Experience in legal advisory, contracts/agreements, corporate matters, civil & criminal litigations, regulatory/commercial matters, procurement, and legislative/regulatory matters.
