Director Finance

The Director Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, budgeting, and financial reporting for the National Police Foundation.

• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, audit, and taxation.
• Oversee financial reporting, investment, and revenue management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage commercial/revenue-generating projects.

Candidates for Director Finance must possess a Master's or Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration, with at least 15 years of relevant professional experience.

• Education: Master's / Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. CA/ACMA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification with relevant professional membership is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience, including at least 08 years in a senior/managerial finance position, preferably in a Government/Public Sector organization, autonomous body, statutory organization or large-scale public/private-sector organization.
• Skills: Experience in financial management, budgeting, audit, taxation, financial reporting, investment, revenue management, regulatory compliance, and commercial/revenue-generating projects.
