Additional Director Security (Operations)

The Additional Director Security (Operations) will be responsible for the overall operational security planning, management, and execution for the National Police Foundation.

• Oversee and manage security operations and personnel.
• Develop and implement operational security plans.
• Provide training and ensure effective command in security-related matters.

Applicants for Additional Director Security (Operations) should have a Master's or Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Security Management, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in security operations.

• Education: Master's / Bachelor's (16 years) degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Security Management or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Retired Armed Forces officers of the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent, or equivalent Police/Law Enforcement officers with relevant operational security experience may also be considered.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in command, security operations, operational planning, training and management of security personnel.
• Skills: Special Operations/Special Forces and Staff Course qualification, as well as experience with Police/Law Enforcement Agencies, shall be preferred.
