Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria for each position as outlined in the advertisement. General requirements include:

• Deputy Assistant Director: A 16-year HEC-verified education (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum 2nd Division or equivalent CGPA. Degrees must be attested by HEC. Preferably one year of relevant experience.
• Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator): Intermediate or equivalent qualification. Preferably one year of relevant experience.
• Naib Qasid: Middle pass qualification. Preferably one year of relevant experience.

The maximum age limits for Deputy Assistant Director, Junior Executive, and Naib Qasid are 30, 25, and 40 years, respectively. A 5-year age relaxation is already included in these limits, and no further relaxation requests will be entertained.

Terms and Conditions

• Residents from the respective Tehsil, as per CNIC/Domicile, will be allowed for the Test & Interview.
• Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period, extendable based on performance.
• Management reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process or accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
• Candidates must bring original documents (Personal, Educational & Professional) for the test as per the specified time. Requests for consideration after the lapse of time will not be entertained.
• Only shortlisted candidates after qualifying the test will be called for an interview.
• Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the test.
• Attested degrees/certificates from the Higher Education Commission (HEC)/respective educational boards must be provided at the time of the interview.
• Candidates providing false information at any stage will be disqualified.
• Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
• Appointments are made against specific locations; therefore, no requests for transfer will be entertained.
• Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, smartwatches, etc., are not allowed during the test/interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the Test & Interview.
• Females, Minority, Transgenders, and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Selected candidates shall neither confer any entitlement of permanent appointment nor be regularized.
