Terms & Conditions

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.
All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA’s website and print an E-Sahulat token with their CNIC verified from NADRA. Without verification, they will not be able to apply.
Applicants for the post of Mason are required to submit their applications directly to the HR Department, KGMC, Peshawar.
Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will be screened for relevance in terms of eligibility criteria.
Selected employees will be allocated/placed at the appropriate level as per the institutional pay scale (IPS) of MTI-HMC and Affiliate Institutes.
Services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform (MTI) Act 2015.
Selected candidates will serve KGMC, Peshawar under a specified probation period.
Interview calls will only be issued to shortlisted candidates.
Candidates may be shortlisted based on pre-interview marks or an Entry Test if the number of candidates is very high.
For candidates shortlisted via Entry Test, their marks will not be weighted in the total aggregate marks.
Candidates may be disqualified or excluded from the interview if they have been convicted by a court of law, previously dismissed from public service, knowingly furnished false information, suppressed any information, obtained support by improper means, submitted forged certificates, tampered with entries, or misbehaved during the interview.
Candidates must be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of application receipt.
Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or those submitted with fake documents/information will be rejected at any stage.
Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel and submit a separate fee for each post.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
For foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply

Visit the ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the desired posts online.
After successful submission of the online application, print the prescribed online deposit slip, which will include a token number, project code, and candidate’s personal information.
Deposit the non-refundable test fee through OneLink using the generated deposit slip.
Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank’s stamp for your records. Do not share it with anyone else.
Do not send physical copies of documents or testimonials to the ETEA office. These will be required from shortlisted candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when requested by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
The online application form will be available on www.stea.edu.pk from October 8, 2026.
The last date for submission of online applications is October 25, 2026.
Candidates will be informed about downloading their Roll No. Slips via SMS from www.etca.edu.pk . Ensure your provided mobile number is correct.
Test Date, Time, and Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
No separate call letters will be issued for the screening test through postal or courier means.
