The MTI Hayatabad Medical Complex is seeking applications for the following positions:

• Faculty Position (General Medicine, Thoracic Surgery, Cardiac Anesthesia, ENT)
• Faculty Position Associate Professor (Optometry)

These roles offer competitive grade/scale as per the Institutional Pay Scale (IPS) of MTI-HMC and its Affiliate Institutes.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Faculty Position (General Medicine, Thoracic Surgery, Cardiac Anesthesia, ENT)

Applicants for the Faculty Position must possess the following qualifications:

• Education: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized/registered by the PM&DC.
• Specialty Qualification: PM&DC recognized medical qualification in the respective specialty OR other equivalent qualification approved by the Standing Recognition Committee (SRC) and recognized/registered by the PM&DC.
• Criteria: The candidate must meet the PM&DC & MTI Criteria for faculty selection.

Upon selection, candidates will be appointed at an appropriate faculty level (Assistant, Associate, or full Professor).

Faculty Position Associate Professor (Optometry)

Candidates for the Faculty Position Associate Professor in Optometry must meet these requirements:

• Education & Experience (Option 1): PhD in Optometry or equivalent with 03 years of teaching & research experience as an Assistant Professor.
• Education & Experience (Option 2): MS/M Phil in Optometry or equivalent with 08 years of teaching & research experience.
• Research Publication: Minimum 05 publications in HEC recognized journals.
• Registration: Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) registration is mandatory.
• Preference: Preference will be given to candidates holding a PhD Degree.
