- General Requirements: Must be a citizen of Pakistan aged between 40 and 60 years on the closing date. Must have clean court records (not a loan defaulter, undischarged insolvent, or convicted of moral turpitude) and possess high financial integrity.
Salary and Employment Terms
The appointment for the Secretary position carries the following financial and service terms:
- Pay Scale & Benefits: Pay, allowances, and privileges equivalent to a BPS-19 government servant on contract.
- Special Allowance: Special ETPB allowance up to a maximum of 1.5 times basic pay, subject to criteria set by the Board.
- Tenure: Initial contract of 3 years, extendable by up to 2 years based on performance evaluation committee recommendations.
- Service Limit: Service ceases upon completing the term or reaching 65 years of age, whichever comes earlier.
