About Senior Individual Legal Consultant
Ministry of Railways is hiring for the post of Senior Individual Legal Consultant (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Senior Individual Legal Consultant will provide advanced legal consultancy services to the Ministry of Railways, Government of Pakistan, on a contract basis for a period of twelve (12) months, leveraging extensive experience in litigation and advisory roles.
Requirements for Senior Individual Legal Consultant
Applicants for Senior Individual Legal Consultant must hold an LL.B. degree from an HEC-recognized university, possess a valid Advocate High Court licence with significant standing, and have extensive litigation experience.
- Education: LL.B. from HEC-recognized university
- Licence: Valid Advocate High Court licence with at least 15 years' standing
- Experience: At least 20 years' continuous litigation practice
- Court Standing: Right of audience before the Supreme Court
- Membership: Current recognized Bar membership
- Prior Role: Prior Legal Advisor role in public/semi-government body
- Specific Experience: Experience in service/disciplinary, land/property/regulatory disputes, and contract drafting/vetting
