About Individual Legal Consultant
Ministry of Railways is hiring for the post of Individual Legal Consultant (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Individual Legal Consultant will provide legal consultancy services to the Ministry of Railways, Government of Pakistan, on a contract basis for a period of twelve (12) months.
Requirements for Individual Legal Consultant
Applicants for Individual Legal Consultant must hold an LL.B. degree from an HEC-recognized university and possess a valid Advocate High Court licence/enrolment.
- Education: LL.B. from HEC-recognized university
- Licence: Valid Advocate High Court licence/enrolment
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-enrolment legal experience
- Skills: Legal drafting, vetting, and research
- Specific Experience: Experience in NAB matters/trials/bail, Special Courts, labour/industrial relations, civil litigation, tribunals, and High Courts
