About Principal

Requirements for Principal
Applicants for Principal must hold a Master's degree with a minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution, securing at least a 2nd Division, and possess extensive relevant experience.
- Education: Minimum 16 years' education, Master's degree (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum seventeen (17) years' experience as a Principal or senior faculty member, preferably in a reputable institution.
- Skills: Strong leadership and managerial capabilities, in-depth knowledge of school administration (including holistic grooming and personality development), proficiency in managing key operational functions (curriculum development, hiring teachers, ancillary duties), and proficiency in English communication.

- Provide a valid email and mobile number for examination date, time, and venue notifications. SMS will not be sent to mobile numbers converted from one network to another.
- Candidates must resolve any queries/complaints before the web registration portal closes.
- It is mandatory to bring the Original CNIC/Original Passport and the Roll No. slip (issued by ETC via email or downloaded from the candidate’s portal) on the test day. Failure to do so will result in not being allowed to sit in the exam.
