Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for these government jobs must meet the specific eligibility criteria for each post:

Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator

• Education: Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Certifications: 3-month MS Office training certificate.
• Typing Speed: Minimum English typing speed of 30 Words Per Minute (WPM) and Urdu typing speed of 25 WPM.
• Age: 18 to 35 years.

Sanitary Worker

• Education: Must know how to read and write (Literate).
• Age: 18 to 35 years.

Important Instructions and Terms & Conditions

• Work Charge / Daily Wages staff will be registered according to the Market Committees Regulations 2025, considering their skills.
• Appointments will be strictly on a Work Charge / Daily Wages basis for a maximum of 75 days under the Schedule of Wages Rate 2025, approved by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab. Appointments are temporary and will be extended based on good performance.
• Recruitment will be made on merit as per the policy of the government regarding recruitment and Work Charge / Daily Wages. These appointments are temporary, and candidates will have no right to permanent employment or regularization.
• Work Charge / Contingent Paid Staff will be called as needed during the financial year.
• Selected Work Charge / Contingent Paid Staff may be posted at the Market Committee Piplan office, vegetable and fruit market, or any other location.
• Work Charge / Contingent Paid Staff will be paid monthly salaries according to the rates fixed by the government.
• Work Charge / Contingent Paid Staff will not be allowed leave without prior notice.
• Candidates with experience in relevant departments will be given preference.
• The competent authority reserves the right to terminate the Work Charge / Contingent Paid Staff at any time without assigning any reason.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
• The number of vacancies is subject to the approved budget and availability of need. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process partially or completely without stating any reason.
• Only shortlisted candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria will be called for a test/interview.
• Candidates must bring their original National Identity Card and relevant educational documents at the time of the test/interview.
