Eligibility and Qualifications

General Manager (Human Resources)

Applicants for the General Manager (Human Resources) position must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline. Master’s degree / MBA with specialization in HR or a relevant professional HR qualification will be preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 20 years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources, including at least 05-07 years in senior management and leadership positions, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing HR functions within large, complex, corporate, or multi-site organizations. Strong experience in HR compliance, governance, risk management, and advising the Board and senior management on strategic HR matters.
• Skills: Must be well-versed in applicable HR policies, employment regulations, and labour laws. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills will be an added advantage.
• Age: Up to 55 years (Relaxable for outstanding candidates).

AM (Spot Purchase)

Applicants for the AM (Spot Purchase) position must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Graduation / Intermediate from recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years’ for Graduate, 10-15 years for Intermediate candidates having experience of procurement in reputable Govt organization/SOE will be preferred.
• Skills: Must have good communication skills and proficient in MS Office / ERP.
• Age: Up to 55 years.

Office Assistant

Applicants for the Office Assistant position must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Graduate from HEC – recognized institution.
• Experience: At least 03 years of experience in office administration, record keeping and document control.
• Skills: Candidates having strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP / IFS applications will be preferred.
• Age: Up to 45 years.
