The General Manager (Human Resources) will be responsible for leading and managing HR functions within Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited on a contract basis.
Requirements for General Manager (Human Resources)
Applicants for the General Manager (Human Resources) position must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline. Master's degree / MBA with specialization in HR or a relevant professional HR qualification will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources, including at least 05-07 years in senior management and leadership positions, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing HR functions within large, complex, corporate, or multi-site organizations. Strong experience in HR compliance, governance, risk management, and advising the Board and senior management on strategic HR matters.
- Skills: Must be well-versed in applicable HR policies, employment regulations, and labour laws. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills will be an added advantage.
- Age: Up to 55 years (Relaxable for outstanding candidates).
