About Manager Project Construction Management (JMC-04)
Jinnah Medical Construction Company is hiring for the post of Manager Project Construction Management (JMC-04) (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Manager Project Construction Management will oversee the construction project management, execution, and contract administration for the Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Centre project, on a contract basis.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution.
- Handle contract administration, cost control, and scheduling.
- Manage variations, quality assurance, and risk management.
- Provide leadership in project teams.
Requirements for Manager Project Construction Management (JMC-04)
Applicants for Manager Project Construction Management must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PEC/PE registration required. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in construction project management is essential, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
- Registration: PEC/PE registration required.
- Experience: Minimum 07 years' relevant experience in construction project management, execution and contract administration, including 3 years in a leadership role. Hospital, high-rise and EPC experience preferred.
- Skills: Project lifecycle, contracts, cost, schedule, variations, quality and risk management.
