About Manager Contract Management (JMC-04)
Jinnah Medical Construction Company is hiring for the post of Manager Contract Management (JMC-04) (1 post) in Islamabad.
The Manager Contract Management will handle all legal and contractual aspects for the Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Centre project, on a contract basis.
- Draft and negotiate contracts.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Handle dispute resolution and provide expertise on PPRA/PEC contractual frameworks.
Requirements for Manager Contract Management (JMC-04)
Applicants for Manager Contract Management must hold an LLB degree, with LLM or corporate legal training preferred, or be a Barrister-at-Law/Advocate of High Court. A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial law and contract management is required.
- Education: LLB required; LLM/corporate legal training preferred; Barrister-at-Law or Advocate of High Court.
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years' relevant experience in corporate/commercial law and contract management.
- Skills: Contract drafting/negotiation, contract lifecycle management, risk/compliance, dispute resolution and knowledge of PPRA/PEC contractual frameworks.
