Assistant Sub Inspector

The Assistant Sub Inspector assists in various policing duties, supporting senior officers and ensuring the smooth execution of law enforcement tasks within the Islamabad Capital Territory Police.

• Assist Sub Inspectors in maintaining law and order.
• Perform assigned duties related to patrolling, security, and public interaction.
• Support investigative processes and administrative tasks as directed.

Applicants for Assistant Sub Inspector must hold a BA/BSc/Post Intermediate Associate Degree or equivalent from an HEC recognized university and meet specified physical standards.

• Education: 2nd Class or Grade "C" BA/BSc/Post Intermediate Associate Degree from a university recognized by HEC.
• Physical Standards:
  • Height: 5'7" for male candidates and 5'2" for female candidates.
  • Chest: 33"-34 ½" for male candidates only.
  • Vision: 6/6 with or without glasses; Near vision not less than J-1.
  • Running: Male candidates shall complete a distance of 1.6 kilometers within 07 minutes, while female candidates shall complete the same distance within 10 minutes.
