GEPCO is seeking to fill the following Assistant Manager positions:

Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for any of the Assistant Manager positions at GEPCO must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A four-year Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Software Engineering from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution.
• Experience: A minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
• Age Limit: Applicants must be between 21 and 33 years of age. This includes a general age relaxation. Government/WAPDA/DISCOs employees with two years of continuous service are eligible up to 43 years.
• Domicile: Candidates from all over Pakistan are eligible to apply.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer knowledge, including MS Office, Excel, Windows, Internet, and e-mail, will be considered an additional advantage.
• Result Cards/Transcripts: Candidates must possess original result cards/transcripts mentioning CGPA evaluation or marks in percentage from their respective HEC-recognized institutions/universities.
• Final Transcripts/Degrees: Only candidates who have completed their requisite qualifications and have been issued their final transcript, degree, domicile, and other certificates by the last date of application submission will be considered. Candidates awaiting their results are ineligible.

Important Instructions and General Conditions

• General age relaxation has already been incorporated into the age limit. No further age relaxation is allowed, except for candidates belonging to scheduled castes and Buddhists, who receive an additional 3 years relaxation.
• Only qualified and eligible candidates will be allowed to appear in the Written Test. Shortlisted candidates based on merit will be called for an interview.
• Selected candidates will be recruited on a contract basis for an initial period of three (03) years, extendable based on satisfactory performance. Services of these contractual appointees will not be regularized at any stage.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
• Incomplete applications or applications containing incorrect information, or those received after the due date, will not be entertained.
• Late submission of applications by courier service will not be binding upon GEPCO and NTS.
• Original documents along with one set of attested photocopies must be presented at the time of the interview.
• GEPCO reserves the right to withhold/cancel the entire recruitment process or any post at any stage without assigning any reason.
• Concealment or misrepresentation of facts at any stage will lead to disqualification from the current recruitment and all future tests/exams conducted by GEPCO.
• GEPCO reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts as per requirement at any stage without assigning any reason.
• Mobile phones are not allowed in test center premises.
• Dismissed/screened-out employees of any organization or those with a criminal record are not eligible. Clearance of character and antecedents from agencies/police is mandatory.
• Any litigation related to recruitment tests conducted by NTS will be handled by NTS at its own level.

Application Fee Details

The application fee for these positions is Rs. 540/-. However, GEPCO will bear 50% of this fee, meaning general candidates are required to pay Rs. 270/-. For disabled candidates, GEPCO will cover the full 100% of the test fee. The fee must be paid directly to NTS through the specified banking channels.
