Port Qasim Authority is seeking applications for the following positions:

• Assistant (BPS-15)
• Surveyor (BPS-15)
• Traffic Supervisor (BPS-12)
• Telephone Operator (BPS-09)

Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the specific educational qualifications and experience requirements for each post, as detailed below. All positions require domicile of Balochistan province.

Assistant (BPS-15)

• Education: At least 2nd Class Bachelor’s Degree and computer literate.
• Experience: 04 years relevant experience.
• Age Limit: 35-40 years.

Surveyor (BPS-15)

• Education: Matric with a 03-year Diploma in Civil Engineering and a survey certificate.
• Experience: 04 years relevant experience.
• Age Limit: 35-40 years.

Traffic Supervisor (BPS-12)

• Education: Intermediate and computer literate.
• Experience: 05 years experience in cargo handling in an international port or reputable shipping company.
• Age Limit: 30-35 years.

Telephone Operator (BPS-09)

• Education: Matric with a Trade Certificate of Telephone Operator from any Government recognized institute.
• Experience: 03 years relevant experience.
• Age Limit: 30-35 years.

Important Instructions

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
• Upper age relaxation of five years (instead of existing three years) is applicable, in addition to five years of general age relaxation, specifically for this recruitment exercise.
• The Authority reserves the right to cancel the hiring process partially or completely.
• Applicants currently serving in Government/Semi-Government departments or autonomous bodies must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective organizations.
• Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
• Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post should submit separate applications for each post, clearly mentioning the name of the post on the envelope.
• Applications submitted by hand will not be entertained.
• The contract appointment is extendable subject to satisfactory performance. Appointees will not have the right to claim regularization against their respective posts.
