Eligibility and General Conditions

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA Screening Test. Final scrutiny of credentials will be done by the Appointing Authority.
All posts are project-based and will be abolished automatically upon project completion.
Pay and allowances will be offered as per the approved Government Project Policy/Project Policy 2022.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date of application submission.
Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel.
Applicants for more than one post must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
Original documents along with one set of attested copies must be produced at the time of interview.
No TA/DA will be admissible for Test/Interview.
For foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from HEC are mandatory.
The previous advertisement INF(P) 2282/26 has been withdrawn.
Candidates who applied under the Agency’s previous advertisement for Driver and Naib Qasid posts are not required to apply afresh. All other candidates must apply afresh through ETEA.

How to Apply

Visit the official Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) website at www.etea.edu.pk to apply online.
After successfully submitting your online application, a prescribed online Deposit Slip will be generated, containing a Token Number, Project Code, and your personal information.
Print out the generated Deposit Slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable Test Fee through OneLink.
After successful fee submission, keep the original Deposit Slip (candidate copy) with the bank’s stamp. Do not share it with anyone.
Do not send documents or testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online. Copies of testimonials/documents will be required only from candidates who qualify the Screening Test, as and when requested by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny.
The online Application Form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from 2nd November, 2026 .
The last date for submission of the online application is 20th November, 2026 .
Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Ensure your mobile number is not ported/converted.
Test Date, Time, and Venue will be mentioned on your Roll No. Slip.
No separate Call Letter will be issued for the Screening Test through postal/courier means.
