Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Janitorial Staff positions must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Applicants must be residents and domicile holders of District Bahawalnagar.
• Candidates must be medically and physically fit for the job.
• Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience in sanitation and cleaning within a hospital environment.
• The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years.

Important Instructions

• The appointments are purely on a temporary basis for a period of 89 days and do not confer any right to permanent employment.
• Recruitment will be conducted strictly on merit, in accordance with the prevailing policies and guidelines of the Government of Punjab.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application, or to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
• No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be admissible for appearing in the interview or selection process.
• Selected candidates will be assigned duties as per the hospital’s requirements and needs.
• Salaries will be disbursed through a cross-check or bank account, based on the government’s approved rates.
• Attendance will be recorded using a biometric system. Continuous absence for two consecutive days without biometric attendance will result in the termination of employment.
• Providing false information or documents at any stage will lead to the cancellation of the application or appointment.
• In case of unsatisfactory performance, the employment contract may be terminated without prior notice.
