Eligibility and General Instructions

Candidates are allowed to apply for one station only, i.e., Islamabad or Karachi.
Where the prescribed qualification is 1st Div in the Final Degree, only one 2nd Div (with not less than 50% marks) in the entire academic career from Matric onwards will be acceptable for eligibility. However, no 3rd Div is allowed in the entire academic career.
First Class/1st Div for a degree means CGPA 3.0/4.0 for the semester system or a minimum of 60% marks for the annual system of examination.
Required Degrees must be obtained from HEC/PEC/Board of Technical Education/Govt. recognized institutions as applicable. For O-Level/A-Level, an equivalence certificate from the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) and for Foreign Degree, an equivalence certificate issued by HEC showing division/percentage/CGPA must be provided.
Required degrees and experience must be completed by the closing date of the advertisement.
Age limit is 18 to 35 years as on November 15, 2026. However, the upper age limit shall be relaxed in case of Government servant/Ex-Serviceman in accordance with rules.
Those in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous body service should have NOC at the time of test and interview.
Fulfilling the selection criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. If a large number of applicants meet the selection criteria, only the most qualified/experienced would be shortlisted.
