Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the Janitorial Staff positions must meet the following requirements:

• Domicile: Applicants must be residents and domicile holders of Nankana Sahib District.
• Physical Fitness: Candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in hospital sanitation and cleaning.
• Age Limit: The maximum age for applicants is 50 years.

Important Instructions

• The recruitment will be purely on a temporary basis for a period of 89 days through the Health Council. This appointment will not create any right for permanent employment or service.
• Recruitment will be done strictly on merit, following the prevailing policies and guidelines of the Government of Punjab.
• The competent selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be posted in the relevant hospital/institution as per requirement and will perform duties assigned by the administration.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• Any false or fake information/documents provided at any stage will lead to the cancellation of the application/appointment.
• Salary/remuneration will be paid according to the government’s prescribed rates and approved payment method, only through cheque or bank account.
• Selected staff will be responsible for maintaining hospital cleanliness and performing other duties assigned by the administration as per need.
• Selected candidates must register on the hospital’s biometric system for daily attendance.
• Salary payment will only be linked to the biometric system. Absence without biometric attendance will be considered unauthorized, and continuous absence for two days will result in termination of employment.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee may be terminated without prior notice.
