Eligibility and Qualifications

Mechanical Engineer
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (16 years of Education from a HEC-recognized institute)
- Experience: 10 years of relevant experience
- Registration: Must be registered with PEC
Contracts Engineer
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (16 years’ education from HEC-recognised institute)
- Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in contract administration on infrastructure projects with management and knowledge of FIDIC, public sector procurement, and contract law
- Registration: Must be registered with PEC
Chief Quantity Surveyor (QS)
- Education: BSc/DAE in Civil Engineering/Civil
- Experience: 10 years’ experience for BSc Civil Engineering and 15 years’ experience for DAE. Experience must be relevant in Quantity Surveying.
- Registration: BSc Civil Engineer must be registered with PEC
Draftsman
- Education: 03 years’ diploma in Civil/Architecture from a recognized institute
- Experience: At least 5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience
- Skills: Computer literate with experience in Auto-CAD or other related 2D/3D applications
