Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited is looking to fill the following positions:
- Head of Agency Sales (Life) – No. of Posts: 01 (Lahore)
- Head of Bancassurance Business – No. of Posts: 01 (Lahore)
- Head of Alternative/Affinity Business – No. of Posts: 01 (Lahore)
- National Sales Manager (Bancassurance) – No. of Posts: 03 (Positions: North, South, Central)
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized), Master’s degree or a relevant professional qualification is a plus for all positions.
- Head of Agency Sales (Life): Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Life insurance, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior role. Must have experience in team management of a minimum of 3,000 field force.
- Head of Bancassurance Business: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Bancassurance, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior role. Must have experience in team management of a minimum of 3 sizeable banks or managed a minimum of 1,000 banca resources.
- Head of Alternative/Affinity Business: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in life/Fintech, with a minimum of 4 years in a senior role in B2B2C or Affinity products. Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and POS is required.
- National Sales Manager (Bancassurance): Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Bancassurance, with a minimum of 4 years in a senior role. Must have experience in team management of a minimum of 2 sizeable banks or managed a minimum of 300 banca resources.
Age Limit:
- Not more than 57 years at the time of advertisement for all positions.
