About Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor
Planning and Development Department Balochistan is hiring for the post of Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor (4 posts) in Barkhan.
The Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs related to the building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. This includes cost estimation, budgeting, control, and valuation of payments for the hospital construction.
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor
For the Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor position, the requirements are:
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years' experience with technical skills, including proficiency in cost management software (e.g., CostX, AutoCAD), knowledge of construction contracts and laws (e.g., FIDIC), cost estimation and budgeting, cost control and reporting, valuation and payments.
- Domicile: Balochistan Local/Domicile Holder.
- Age: Upper age relaxation up to 43 years as per Government of Balochistan Policy.
