Terms & Conditions

• Appointments will be made on a contract basis for an initial period of two (02) years, extendable based on satisfactory performance and project requirements, but not beyond the approved project duration.
• Selected candidates will receive remuneration according to the applicable Project Pay Scales (PPS) approved by the Government of Pakistan. No additional allowances or benefits will be provided beyond the approved Standard Pay Package, unless specifically permitted by project arrangements.
• The primary place of duty will be Gilgit-Baltistan, or any other location required for project implementation.
• Detailed Terms of Reference (TORs), including qualifications, experience, and other eligibility criteria, are available on the PPIB website (www.ppib.gov.pk).
• Employees currently working in Government, Semi-Government Departments, Autonomous, or Semi-Autonomous Bodies, or Public Sector Organizations must apply through the proper channel.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.
