Salary and Employment Terms

The position of Deputy Program Director offers a highly attractive gross monthly salary of Rs. 568,750/-. This is a project-based contract position under the Punjab Inclusive Cities Program. The maximum age limit for applicants is 65 years, measured from the date of birth up to the last date of receipt of applications. However, the Board of Directors (BOD) reserves the right to relax the age limit for exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities and Job Description

The selected Deputy Program Director will be responsible for coordinating with the Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) in various cities. Key duties include:

• Reporting directly to the Program Director regarding program activities, management, and strategic planning.
• Devising priority plans to achieve PICP targets for WASA cities including Chakwal, Kasur, Chiniot, Mandi Bahauddin, Pakpattan, and Rajanpur.
• Providing technical leadership in the planning, design, and implementation of water supply, sewerage, and drainage systems.
• Monitoring the execution of subprojects to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and environmental safeguards.
• Reviewing and evaluating project proposals, PC-1s, feasibility studies, and engineering designs.
• Coordinating with consultants and facilitating World Bank mission activities.
