Must demonstrate proven experience in developing and implementing OHS management plans, conducting hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA), and ensuring compliance with national and international safety regulations. Expertise in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and preparation of corrective and preventive action plans. Must be capable of conducting safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks, and providing training and capacity building to project staff, contractors, and workers on safe work practices, use of PPE, and emergency response procedures. Sound understanding of World Bank’s Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) is essential. Skilled in preparing OHS monitoring reports, compliance checklists, and performance review matrices, ensuring effective coordination with contractors, consultants, and local authorities to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

3. Quantity Surveyor
