• Service: 25 years of commissioned service.
• Experience: Preferably with experience as an Adjutant of a Cadet College, covering training, discipline, administration, security, staff duties, and institutional management.
• Age Limit: 40-50 years at the time of appointment.

Relevant Experience and Responsibilities

Preference will be given to candidates demonstrating strong experience in maintaining discipline and orderly conduct among cadets. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities crucial for the smooth functioning of the college and the development of cadets.

• Supervising cadet routine, parade, physical training, and related activities.
• Assisting in the overall administration and security of the college.
• Supervising house/dormitory affairs and ensuring the proper welfare of cadets.
• Coordinating training, sports, co-curricular, and ceremonial activities.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the C.E.O.
