- PKR 1500: For Sr. No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 24, 25
- PKR 1000: For Sr. No. 7, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27
- PKR 500: For Sr. No. 22
- No Fee Required: For Sr. No. 23
- Attach attested copies of educational and experience documents along with the original deposit slip.
- Submit the complete application form and required documents to the undersigned (Registrar, PIFD, 51-J/3, Johar Town, Lahore) by the deadline.
- Government employees should apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) along with their application.
