Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for these OGRA Jobs 2026:

Education:

• Chief Technology Officer: Master/Bachelor degree (16 years Education) in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institute.
• Lead Solution Architect: Master/Bachelor degree (16 years Education) in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institute.
• Lead Data Scientist: Master/Bachelor degree (16 years Education) in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institute.

Experience:

• Chief Technology Officer: Minimum 12 years relevant experience in IT/Software Engineering/Digital Transformation or Enterprise Technology Management and International Certification/Training in Government Digital Transformation (GovTech).
• Lead Solution Architect: Minimum 08 years’ experience in Software Architecture, Enterprise Application Development, Systems Integration, or Solution Architecture.
• Lead Data Scientist: Minimum 8 years experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or Predictive Modeling.

Age Limit:

• Chief Technology Officer: Maximum Age: 45 Years
• Lead Solution Architect: Maximum Age: 40 Years
• Lead Data Scientist: Maximum Age: 40 Years
• The maximum age limit may be relaxed with the approval of the Authority by a maximum period of 3 years.

Gender:
