Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for these positions must meet the following general and post-specific eligibility criteria:

• Education: Applicants must possess a Matriculation certificate or a Bachelor’s Degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), depending on the position.
• Experience: Required experience ranges from fresh candidates to those with 3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields. Drivers must hold a valid LTV license.
• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for all positions is 35 years. Age relaxation may be granted as per Federal Government instructions, up to a maximum of 5 years, with the approval of the Authority for this special exercise.
• Quota: All advertised vacancies are reserved for the Balochistan Quota.
• Government Employees: Persons already working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies should apply through the proper channel. If selected, they will be required to resign or seek retirement from their current posts/organizations before joining OGRA.
• Preference: Candidates with relevant working experience in Government and Autonomous bodies may be given preference.
