Director (Human Resource)

The Director (Human Resource) will be responsible for leading and managing all HR functions within NUMS, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and fostering a productive work environment.

• Oversee HR recruitment and management processes.
• Formulate and implement HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with Government Rules & Regulations of HEC/ PM&DC/PNC.
• Manage HR operations within a university/academic institution setting.

Applicants for Director (Human Resource) must hold a Master's degree in Business Administration/Management with extensive experience in HR recruitment and management.

• Qualification: Master's degree in Business Administration/ Management from HEC recognized University/ Institution. Preference will be given to higher qualification in relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 15-17 years' relevant experience including 10 years of University experience in HR recruitment and management, at a similar position, in reputed public sector Universities/ Organizations. Experience in a Medical University/ Academic Institution / setups will be an added preference. Working experience in formulation/ implementation of HR related policies. Well versed with Government Rules & Regulations of HEC/ PM&DC/PNC and other relevant regulatory bodies.
