Eligibility and Qualifications

Senior Technical Analyst – CBA (OG-I)

Applicants for Senior Technical Analyst must possess strong technical skills and experience in core banking systems.

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent, or a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent, from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute. Relevant certifications are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years hands-on experience in maintenance, configuration, or deployment of Core Banking Systems and/or Allied Solutions. Experience with FIS PROFILE Core Banking System is preferred.
• Skills: Expertise in Database Technologies (Oracle, DBSQL, SQL Server, NoSQL), hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems, strong knowledge of VMware technology, version control tools (SVN/GitLab), and WebServer (Apache/Websphere). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to share technical/industry knowledge, good understanding of project lifecycle and documentation, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong working knowledge of MS Office suite.

Systems Administrator (OG-II / OG-I)

Candidates for Systems Administrator roles should have robust experience in systems administration, particularly within a banking environment.

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent, or a Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent, from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute. Relevant certifications are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Systems Administration, preferably within a bank.
• Skills: Ability to work within a cohesive, high-performing team. Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office suite.
