Educational Qualification

Experience & Skills
- Minimum 04 years of Banking / Financial Institution / FinTech experience in Centralized Account Opening Unit and / or similar function.
- Preference for candidates experienced in onboarding Overseas / Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) customers through Digital Channels.
- Thorough knowledge of Core Banking Solutions / Enterprise Applications and regulatory AML / CFT / CPF guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently review, validate and approve Digital / Overseas / Roshan Digital Account (RDA) applications processed by CAPU makers.
- Ensure compliance with KYC / AML regulations, internal policies and SBP guidelines for mitigating operational and regulatory risk.
- Ensure that Bank’s and regulatory TAT standards are being adhered to.
- Review and validate customer Employee Due Diligence (EDD) information / High Risk relationships.
- Identify, control and monitor errors, gaps and weaknesses in maker process for ensuring highest standards of processing quality.
- Coordinate with business, technology and compliance teams in a cross functional team structure.
- Generate periodical MIS from system for tracking unverified and invalid account opening requests.
