Officer - HR Investigations (OG-III / OG-II)

The Officer - HR Investigations will be responsible for conducting and assisting in formal HR investigations. This is a contractual position for three years, renewable.

• Review the contents of the complaint received, and initiate facts findings on the recommendation of Unit Head/Wing Head.
• Process and provide assistance to assigned formal investigations, warranting deeper assessment and review initial reports received through the Unit Head.
• Follow-up with designated Investigation Officer(s) to submit their findings and reports strictly within the defined Turn Around Time (TAT).
• Perform initial scrutiny of investigation reports, and identify gaps to Unit Head/Wing Head, and raise queries with investigators to ensure complete clarity.
• Prepare and process formal Office Notes for assignment and closure of investigation.
• Forward the final investigation report to the concerned department for further necessary action.
• Maintain an accurate and updated Management Information System (MIS) for case tracking.
• Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s).

For the Officer - HR Investigations role, a Graduation degree is required, with preference given to those with a Master's or LLB degree.

• Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. A Master's degree and/or LLB and/or HR certifications are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources. Experience in similar roles within the financial sector is preferred.
• Skills: Good communication/interpersonal skills, effective team player, service-oriented approach, knowledge of MS Office applications, and a strong understanding of HR functions.
