Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the specific qualification and experience criteria for each position as detailed below:

For Chairpersons (S# 01.1 to 01.4)

• Qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by PMDC and higher qualification such as FCPS, FRCA, MRCP (preferably with CCT) in the concerned specialty/sub-specialty, or a US Board Certification or equivalent level III qualification in concerned specialty with a valid PMDC registration.
• Experience: Minimum of seven years’ experience as a faculty member in a recognized reputable institution is mandatory. Evidence of scholarly activity and teaching experience is required.
• Term Period (for Forensic Medicine): Three years, renewable subject to satisfactory performance.

For Faculty Positions (S# 02.1 to 02.27)

• Qualification & Experience: As per MTI Policy Board Regulations/Criteria for Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor roles.
• Registration: PMDC eligibility certificate and PMDC registration are mandatory.
• Special Salary Package: May be offered for those fulfilling specific requirements for faculty of Anesthesia, Interventional Radiology, Pediatric Intensive Care, Critical Care, Renal Transplant, and Emergency Medicine.

For Manager Security (S# 03.1)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (preference for 1st Division) from a recognized Board.
• Experience:
  • Retired Officer of minimum rank of Major or equivalent from armed forces/police services.
  • OR Minimum 05 years’ experience as Security Incharge in a leading institution/organization.
• Skills: Knowledge of managing security, evaluating potential risk, developing and implementing policies, procedures, and SOPs for overall security management.
• Contract: Initially for three (03) years, extendable subject to Board of Governors’ approval.
• Salary: Negotiable.

For Assistant Manager Security (S# 04.1)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (preference for 1st Division) from a recognized Board.
• Experience:
  • Armed Forces/Police Services: Retired Officer of minimum rank of Major or equivalent from armed forces/police services, OR Minimum 03 years’ experience as Assistant Security Incharge in a leading institution/organization.
  • Civilian: Minimum 05 years’ experience as Security Supervisor/Incharge in a reputable institution/organization.
• Skills: Knowledge of managing security, evaluating potential risk, developing and implementing policies, procedures, and SOPs for overall security management.
• Contract: Initially for three (03) years, extendable subject to Board of Governors’ approval.
• Salary: Negotiable.

For Pre Auditor (S# 05.1)

• Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
• Qualification: MBA (Finance) or M. Com or CA (inter), ICMAP (inter), ACCA (inter).
• Experience: Three years of post-qualification experience in a reputed and recognized institution. Preference will be given to candidates with audit experience.

Domicile: All positions require domicile of Pakistan.

For Serial # 01 to 04 (Chairpersons, Faculty, Manager Security, Assistant Manager Security)

1. Applications are accepted only on a prescribed form available on the official websites of Ayub Medical College (www.ayubmed.edu.pk) or Ayub Teaching Hospital (www.ath.gov.pk).
2. Submit all documents electronically by completing all documents in a single PDF file through Google form/email (seniormanagerhr.ath@ayubmed.edu.pk) in a required stipulated time.
3. The online application form link for each position is: https://forms.gle/ZwCuWvnczHeMp5s3A.
4. After successful online submission, candidates must retain the original candidate copy of the deposit slip, bearing the bank’s stamp, and should not share it with anyone.
5. All supporting documents must be uploaded with the online application in a single PDF file. If the portal does not facilitate document uploads, the same must be submitted through the designated email address in a single PDF file.
6. Candidates must ensure all professional registrations/licenses remain valid on the closing date of applications. Expired registrations/licenses will not be accepted.
7. A copy/screenshot of the successfully submitted online application must be attached with the hard-copy application. In addition, a complete hard-copy application package, containing all requisite documents, must be sent through registered courier service to the Office of the Senior Manager HR, Ayub Medical College Abbottabad at the address given below.
8. Applications will be considered complete only upon successful online submission and receipt of the requisite hard-copy documents within the prescribed deadline.

For Serial # 05 (Pre Auditor)

1. All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website (www.etea.edu.pk) to apply online. After creating the profile and before depositing the fee for any post, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, candidates will not be able to apply.
2. Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
3. After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project Code & candidate’s personal information) will be generated.
4. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through One Link.
5. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having a bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
6. Do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA office. Copies of testimonials/documents will, however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
7. The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from October 20, 2026.

The deadline for submission of applications for Serial # 01 to 04 is October 30, 2026. For Serial # 05, the last date for online application is November 5, 2026. Applications submitted after these dates will not be entertained.

Important Instructions and Terms & Conditions

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
• A minimum of 70% will be passing interview marks.
• Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Body, or Private Medical College employees must submit NOC from their concerned department.
• All educational documents and experience certificates will be verified. In case of fake/unverified documents, the candidate will be disqualified and proceeded against as per law.
• Character verification and background checks will be conducted. Any adverse report or criminal record will lead to cancellation or withdrawal of selection.
• The appointee will be on probation for one (01) year.
• Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organizations must apply through proper channel with valid NOC.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview; no TA/DA will be admissible.
• Experience should be from PMDC/HEC approved/registered Institutes/firms/organizations.
• PM&DC eligibility certificate and PMDC registration is mandatory to be submitted with the application form.
• The Board of Governors, MTI ATH/AMC/ACD, reserves the right to offer appointment at an appropriate faculty rank commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, experience, merit, and institutional requirements, or to leave any advertised position unfilled if no suitable candidate is available.
• An attractive salary package and benefits shall be offered in accordance with the approved BOG, AMTI Policy, commensurate with the appointee’s qualifications and experience.
• Selected Clinical Faculty shall be required to undertake Institution-Based Private Practice (IBPP) exclusively within Ayub Teaching Hospital and shall not engage in any private practice outside. Violation will lead to disciplinary action.
• Quota: 2% for persons with disabilities, 10% for female candidates, and 5% for minorities. A disability certificate issued by the competent medical board shall be required where applicable.
• The Selection and Scrutiny Committee reserves the right to reject any incomplete or late application.
• The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors, AMTI Abbottabad.
• The Board of Governors, MTI ATH/AMC/ACD, reserves the right to cancel/revoke the selection process at any stage or to re-advertise a position.
